长输天然气管道在线清管作业运行速度控制

Control of on-line pigging operation speed for long-distance gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 在长输天然气管道在线清管作业过程中,存在介质流速较高,清管器磨损量大及跟踪监控困难等问题,如果球速控制不当,将导致清管器卡堵或造成收球端设备损坏。结合山东省天然气管道有限责任公司济淄线输气管道在线清管作业实际情况,根据速度模型计算分析,适时掌控清管器的运行状况,及时调整工艺设备参数,有效控制了清管器的运行速度。采用“二次收球”的作业方法,运用牛顿第二定律及能量守恒定律两种方法的计算结果,调节清管器进入收球筒的运行速度,达到安全完成收球作业的目的。建议进一步加强对瞬时气量变化规律的研究,以更加精确地控制清管器的运行速度。

     

    Abstract: During the process of on-line pigging operation of long-distance gas pipeline, problems including high flowrate of medium, high wear loss of pig and difficulties in tracing and monitoring are commonly encountered. If the pig travelling speed is not under proper control, plugging of pig or damage of catching devices could happen. According to the actual situation of on-line pigging operation in Ji-Zi Gas Pipeline of Shandong Province Gas Pipeline Co. Ltd., and the calculation analysis of velocity model, the operation conditions of pigging was grasped and parameters of process equipment were adjusted in time to keep pig travelling speed under control. Operation method of secondary pig catching was used and calculation results based on the Newton's Second Law and Law of Conservation of Energy were applied to adjust the travelling speed of pig entering the catcher to ensure the safety of pig receiving. It recommends to study the variation pattern of instant gas quantity in detail in order to control the travelling speed of pig more accurately.
