海底管道蜡沉积在线检测技术新进展

Study progress in online detection technologies of wax deposition in the subsea pipeline

  • 摘要: 调研了国际上最新的海底管道蜡沉积在线检测技术。压力波传播技术可以准确检测管道蜡沉积的堵塞位置,但对堵塞长度和严重程度的检测可靠性较低;放射性同位素技术可以在线检测管道蜡沉积的位置和厚度,能够提供实时在线检测结果,可靠性较高;热脉冲蜡沉积检测技术可以对管道蜡沉积进行连续测量,可靠性也较高。现有海底管道蜡沉积在线检测技术基本限于在小型模拟环道中试验应用,极少部分试用于实际海底管道。因海底管道距离海上平台较远,故远程测试技术发展前景广阔。

     

    Abstract: The worldwide up-to-date online detection technology of wax deposition in the subsea pipeline is investigated by the authors. The location of wax deposition can be accurately predicted by the pressure wave transmission technology, while the prediction of the wax plug length and scale is of low reliability. Radioactive isotope can be used to predict the location and the thickness of the wax deposition online, and the detection is more reliable. Heat impulse technology can realize a continuous measurement of the wax deposition with a high reliability. Present online detection technologies are mainly usedin the model loop tests, and are seldom applied in the real subsea pipelines. Because the subsea pipeline is far away from the platform, the remote detection technology has a promising future.
