大型油气管网系统可靠性若干问题探讨

Discussion on issues regarding the reliability of large-scale oil and gas pipeline network systems

  • 摘要: 初步探讨了我国现阶段大型复杂油气管网开展系统可靠性管理的目的、意义、对象和方法,提出了一套针对管网前期规划、设计施工、运行管理等阶段实施系统可靠性管理的可行方法论。首先,通过引入压力、流量、温度3个变量来表述管网系统在一定范围内的“工作条件”和“功能状态”,提出了可拓展极限状态下的系统可靠性函数计算方法;其次,针对管网油气输送安全和保障市场平稳供应两方面,构建了可靠性函数分布式阶梯计算模型,该模型能够实现系统可靠性统一定量分析和评价。

     

    Abstract: The purpose, significance, scope and methods of developing the reliability based management for large-scalecomplicated oil and gas pipeline network systems in China are preliminarily discussed. The methodology to deal with the practical issue of the life cycle phase of pipeline, including the stages of the pipeline pre-planning, design, construction and operation is presented. First, by introducing three variables (pressure, mass flow and temperature), the "working condition"and "functional status" of the pipeline network system within a certain range are described. Hence the calculation method for system reliability function under the expandable limit condition is proposed. A distributed and stepped mathematic model for reliability function is established and both safe transportation of oil and gas pipeline network and stable supply to the markets are taken into consideration. The model allows consistently the quantitative analysis and evaluation of the system reliability.
