沉降罐在非正常工况下的调节

  • 摘要: 沉降罐是原油脱水最重要的设备之一,具有操作简单、处理能力强,适合各类物性油品的特点。为摸索沉降罐在非正常工况下的调节规律和调节方法,从沉降罐的结构和工作原理出发,通过对长庆油田西一联合站沉降罐运行过程进行跟踪,总结现场实践经验,综合分析了温度、进液量、加药量、沉降时间等因素对沉降罐的影响规律,并从沉降罐运行的各个控制参数入手,调查沉降罐产生非正常工况的原因。在此基础上提出了沉降罐在非正常工况下的调节措施和方法,避免了沉降罐出现非正常工况时的盲目调节,为沉降罐在非正常运行工况下的调节提供了一套可行性解决方案。

     

    Abstract: Settling tank is one of the most important equipments during the process of crude oil dehydration, simple in operation, strong in processing ability and suitable for oil with various physical properties. To find out the regulation pattern and methods under abnormal working conditions, proceeding from the structure and working principle of the settling tank, tracking the operating process of settling tank in Xi-Ⅰ Complex Station in Changqing Oilfield is carried out. Based on actual field experiences, this paper comprehensively analyzes the effects of temperature, inlet of liquid volume, additive dosage and settling time on settlement, and the reason why abnormal operation takes place based on control parameters of settling tank. Then, the regulation measures for settling tank under abnormal operations are proposed to avoid blind regulation, providing a feasible solution to the regulation of settling tank under abnormal operations.
