西二线燃驱压缩机组故障原因及其改进措施

Fault causes of gas turbines driving compressor units in the 2nd West-to-East Gas Pipeline and improvement measures

  • 摘要: 燃气轮机压缩机组具有子系统多、控制系统复杂、故障频率较高、不易维护的特点,一旦燃气驱动压缩机失效,将直接影响输气的可靠性和站场的安全性。燃气驱动压缩机发生故障的主要形式为故障类停机和非故障类停机,以西气东输二线西段采用的PGT25+HSPT/PCL802机组为例,结合沿线各压气站机组工作的实际情况,对故障类别进行统计分析,查明了燃气驱动压缩机发生故障的主要原因,进而采取相应措施,提高了燃气驱动压缩机的可靠性和使用寿命,旨在保证天然气平稳、高效输送。

     

    Abstract: The gas turbines driving compressor units are characterized by multiple subsystems, complicated control system, high frequency of faults and difficulty in maintenance. Once a fault occurs in the compressor units, it would affect the reliability of gas transmission and the safety of gas compressor station directly. The main faults which happen to the gas turbines driving compressor units fall into two categories, that is, shutdown caused by fault and shutdown not caused by fault. Taking the PGT25+HSPT/PCL802 units, used in the West Pipeline Section of the 2nd West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project, as an example, according to the actual working condition of each compressor situation along the pipeline, statistics and analysis on the fault category are made, acquired the main mechanisms of fault for the gas turbines driving compressor units, and then take some corresponding measures to improve the reliability and service life of the gas turbines driving compressor units, aiming at ensuring steady and high efficient gas transmission.
