新型卧式组合分离器的数值计算

Numerical simulation of new horizontal combined separator

  • 摘要: 以中国石油设计公司西南分院设计的新型卧式组合分离器为研究对象,采用基于Euler方法描述的气、液两相流体的漂移流动模型模拟分离器内部的两相分离,针对其分离元件的最优组合工况,基于CFD方法,对其内部的气、液两相流动进行数值计算,分析了气液分离过程和分离效率,并将结果与试验结果进行对比。结果表明:该新型组合式分离器分离效率较高,能有效脱除天然气中的液相成分,同时针对积水槽、排液管及积液高度控制提出了优化建议。

     

    Abstract: Taking the new combined horizontal separator designed by Sub-institute, PetroChina Southwest Design Branch, as a study object, the drift-flux model of gas-liquid flow based on Euler Method is used to simulate the two-phase separation inside the separator, under the best combination condition of the components of the separator, based on CFD method, numerical simulation of the gas-liquid flow inside the separator is performed to analyze the gas-liquid separation process and separation efficiency. The simulated results are compared with test results. The results show that the new combined separator has high work efficiency, can remove liquid from natural gas effectively. Meanwhile, recommendations on the control of water tank, drainage pipe and liquid level are made in the paper.
