324 mm管道双级封堵器结构设计与分析

Design and analysis of the structure of 324 mm two-stage pipeline plugging device

  • 摘要: 管道封堵是管道抢修的关键技术之一,作为封堵机的关键部件,悬挂式封堵器的结构直接影响管道封堵的质量。针对传统的悬挂式封堵器难以一次成功封堵的缺陷,提出了一种双级式封堵器,该封堵器具有扫除管内切屑和残留物,确保后部封堵皮碗可靠封堵的功能,由此达到一次封堵成功的目的。对封堵器结构进行了静力学分析,同时对封堵皮碗的封堵能力进行分析。结果表明:设计的双级式封堵器在324 mm管道内,介质压力在6.4 MPa的情况下,封堵能力可达9.186 MPa,能满足压差6.4 MPa的要求,并有40%以上的冗余能力,可以实现一次成功封堵的目标,提高了工作效率,使管道封堵作业安全性更高。

     

    Abstract: Pipeline plugging is a critical technology in pipeline emergency maintenance. As a key component in the plugging machine, the structure of plugging device directly impacts the pipeline plugging quality. In allusion to the defects that traditional suspended plugging device can hardly plug successfully at one time, a two-stage plugging device is proposed inthis paper. The new device has the function of sweeping the cuttings and residues in pipeline and ensures the rear plugging cup plugs reliably, realizing the goal of one-time successful plugging. Static mechnics analysis on the structure of plugging device and the plugging capacity analysis of plugging cup were conducted. The results show that for a pipeline with adiameter of 324 mm and a medium pressure of 6.4 MPa, the designed two-stage plugging device has a plugging capacity of9.186 MPa, meeting the demands of the pressure difference of 6.4 MPa, leaving a redundant capacity of 40%. The plugging device can plug the pipeline successfully at one time, enhancing work efficiency and improving the safety of pipeline plugging.
