Abstract:
In order to analyze the economic value of condensation method for light hydrocarbons recovering, accordingto light gas mixture from 14 kinds of gas measured during oil and gas loading in Changling Branch, SINOPEC, and theconcentrations of its component, a model of three-stage condensation process for light hydrocarbons recovering was built forsimulation. The three-stage compression refrigeration system takes R22, R404A and R508B as refrigerants, the refrigeration coefficient and energy consumption of refrigeration system of each stage were worked out, ChemCAD software was adoptedto calculate the recovery efficiency, and the annual mean operation energy consumption, running expenses, initial investmentand income of the condensation system were calculated. The results show that when the condensation method is used torecover light hydrocarbons, the initial investment and operation cost will be totally paid back within one year after thissystem is put into operation. Moreover, when the recovered light hydrocarbon's volume dealt is 40 kg/h, the net income inthe same year of investment will be 44 871 RMB yuan, that means the annual mean net income is much more than annualmean total investment.
