“十一五”油气输送管道系统耗能设备的节能监测

Energy-saving monitoring of energy-consuming equipments in oil and gas pipeline transportation systems during China's 11th Five-Year Plan

  • 摘要: “十一五”期间,长输管道系统主要耗能设备——输油泵、加热炉、天然气压缩机组的平均运行效率呈现逐年上升趋势;输油泵机组效率由2006年的63.29%提高至2010年的68.55%。直接炉热效率由2006年的83.58%提高至2010年的86.86%。节能监测工作为节能管理和节能措施的实施起到了保驾护航的作用。针对监测的这些主要耗能设备,分别介绍了设备现状、测试使用标准、监测设备运行效率以及主要参数合格率。根据总结分析得出的节能监测结果,研究给出了主要耗能设备在运行过程中普遍存在的问题和对应采取的建议措施,有助于促进设备运行水平的提高,以及“十二五”期间节能工作有针对性地开展。

     

    Abstract: During China's 11th Five-Year Plan, the average operation efficiency of major energy-consuming equipments(pumps, heaters and compressors) in long-distance pipeline systems presents a rising trend year by year. The efficiency ofoil pump units rose from 63.29% in 2006 to 68.55% in 2010. The thermal efficiency of heaters rose from 83.58% in 2006to 86.86% in 2010. Energy-saving monitoring gives us insight into the effects of energy-saving management and measures.Aiming at the major pieces of equipments, including pumps, heaters and compressors, the current situation, operationefficiency and qualified rate of monitored equipments are introduced in this paper. By summarizing and analyzing theenergy-saving monitoring results, the common problems of major energy-consuming equipments during operation and thecorresponding suggestions and measures were proposed, which will promote the improvement of equipments operation leveland facilitate energy saving during China's 12th Five-Year Plan in a targeted manner.
