辽河油田集输管道剩余寿命预测

Prediction on remaining service life of gathering pipeline in Liaohe Oilfield

  • 摘要: 对于运行多年的油田老龄管道,为了及时掌握管道腐蚀现状并对管道运行状况进行科学评价,建立了一种埋地钢制管道腐蚀状况预测模型。基于辽河油田原油集输管道局部腐蚀坑检测数据,利用极值分布方法对辽河油田集输管道腐蚀剩余寿命预测进行研究。通过极值分布概率统计,给出了腐蚀管道最大腐蚀坑深度,并依据局部腐蚀发展经验公式,估测管道腐蚀后的剩余使用寿命。预测结果显示:曙五联-首站混油外输管道腐蚀剩余使用寿命为6.2年,曙四联-首站混油外输管道腐蚀剩余使用寿命为11.2年,曙一联-曙五联稀油管道腐蚀剩余使用寿命为4.1年。由于管道进入使用末期阶段,应采取必要措施对管道进行维修,建议各个管道再评价时间间隔应为此次预测时间间隔的1/2。

     

    Abstract: In order to master the corrosion status of aged oilfield pipeline and scientifically assess the pipeline operationconditions in time, a corrosion prediction model for buried steel pipeline has been built. Based on the local corrosion testingdata in oilfield gathering pipeline, the remaining service life for oilfield gathering pipeline is predicted by extreme valuedistribution method. The maximum corrosion pit depth is given by extreme distribution probability statistics, the pipelineremaining service life is also estimated by local corrosion development empirical formula. The predictive results show thatthe remaining service life of pipeline from Shuwulian to Initial Station is 6.2 years, that of pipeline from Shusilian to InitialStation is 11.2 years, and that of thin oil pipeline from Shuyilian to Shuwulian is 4.1 years. Entering the late stage of servicelife, the pipelines should be maintained and repaired with proper measures, and the time interval for pipeline reevaluationshould be half of the predictive remaining service life this time.
