油品泄漏应急处理的受控燃烧

Controlled combustion for oil leak emergency treatment

  • 摘要: 泄漏油品进入水体后会对水体造成污染,对于泄漏油品的处理方式在一定程度上决定着财产损失和生态环境影响的严重程度。受控燃烧技术是一种在国外得到较好应用的油品泄漏应急处理技术。通过介绍受控燃烧技术的实施过程、实施条件、处理能力,对比分析了国内外受控燃烧技术标准规范存在的差异,提出了逐步加强受控燃烧技术研发和完善标准体系的需求,结合国外在实施受控燃烧方面的经验,建立了受控燃烧的流程图,为国内针对泄漏油品进入水体实施受控燃烧方式处理提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Leaked oil flowing into water will lead to water pollution. To some extent, the treatment methods for leakedoil determine the degree of property damage and the impact on ecological environment. Controlled combustion is widelyapplied in emergency treatment for oil leak abroad. This paper introduces the process, conditions and processing capacityof controlled combustion, also compares the differences in standard specifications for controlled combustion at homeand abroad, then proposes the requirement for reinforcing the research and development of controlled combustion andcompletion of standard system, finally compiles the flow diagram of controlled combustion according to the experience inthis technology at home and abroad, providing a reference to the implementation of controlled combustion when oil leaksinto water in China.
