植物根系对管道防腐层的影响及对策

Impact of plant roots system on the pipeline anti-corrosion coating and countermeasure analysis

  • 摘要: 深根植物根系对管道防腐层的影响历来是管道行业十分关注的问题,当前管道上方植物禁种和清除带来的经济损失和社会矛盾较大。根据不同管道防腐层的结构特点及性能测试结果,分析了管道防腐层因植物根系破坏失效的原因,指出植物根系对管道防腐层的损伤仅限于石油沥青管道防腐层,而3PE等管道防腐层具有耐植物根系破坏的结构、性能特点,并从防腐层类型、植物种类、自然环境等方面对管道上方种植植物的种类及《管道保护法》的使用提出建议,供相关部门参考。

     

    Abstract: The impact of deep-rooted plant roots system on pipeline coating has always been a great concern in the pipelineindustry, banned planting and removal of plant cause large economic losses and social conflicts at present. Based on thevarious structural characteristics and performance test results of pipeline coating, the ways how pipeline coating is damagedby plant roots and fail are analyzed. The results show that pipeline coating damage due to plant roots is limited to petroleumbitumen pipeline coating, 3PE and other coating can resist plant roots' damage, accordingly. In the paper, the authors giverecommendations to the relevant departments on plant species cropped above the pipeline and application of "PipelineProtection Law" based on coating type, plant species, and the natural environment, etc..
