变频调速技术在某成品油管道的应用

Application of frequency control technique in a product oil pipeline

  • 摘要: 为了避免传统工频定速电机产生的能量损失,在输油泵机组上应用变频调速技术,可以满足管道低输量运行工况的要求,达到节能目的。详细叙述了变频调速的工作原理,以实际运行的某成品油管道为例,选用SPS仿真软件对固定转速泵和采用变频调速技术的可变转速泵在不同输量运行工况下分别进行了模拟仿真,据此对比分析了机组加装变频装置前后的节能效果,并进一步评价了输油泵应用变频技术后带来的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: In order to avoid the energy loss caused by traditional frequency constant speed motor, applying the frequency control technique to pump unit can meet the requirement of pipeline operation at low transportation capacity and reach the aim of energy saving. The paper describes the principle of frequency control in detail. Taking the actual oil product pipeline as an example, SPS simulation software is employed to simulate the working condition of fxed speed pump and variable speed pump which uses frequency control technique under different transportation capacity. The energy saving effect before and after installation of frequency control device is compared, and furthermore the economic beneft brought by application of frequency control technique to oil pump is evaluated. It is pointed out that the accuracy of simulation results will be lowered if the accurate throttle valve curve and the characteristic curve of pump under multiple rotating speed are absent in the input parameters.
