川渝环状天然气管网运行能效评价

Assessment on operation effciency of Sichuan-Chongqing Looped Gas Pipeline Network

  • 摘要: 运行能效评价对于天然气管道运营企业提高节能降耗水平具有重要意义。为了对川渝环状天然气管网进行运行能效评价,在分析管网特点、能耗结构及运行能效评价特殊性的基础上,应用AHP层次分析原理,构建了4层次10指标天然气管网运行能效评价体系,综合能效指数的引入实现了以一个整合各种能耗因素影响力的综合能效指标对整个管网能效的定量评价。应用该指标体系对2012年2月川渝管网主环网运行能效进行评价,结果表明:19#、1#、18#、2#、16#站场的能效指数低于平均值,说明应加强站场能耗管理;上游1#~8#管段、中游9#~20#管段、下游21#~23#管段的平均综合能效指数分别为0.73、0.833、0.68,反映了川渝管网中游管段整体比上、下游管段能效高的现状,符合川渝管网无增压站的特点,评价结果可为川渝管网的能效管理和优化调配提供重要依据。

     

    Abstract: Abstract: Operation efficiency assessment is very meaningful for enhancing energy-saving and consumption-reduction level of the natural gas operating enterprises. In order to perform an operation effciency assessment on Sichuan-Chongqing Loop Natural Gas Pipeline Network, this paper bases on the analysis results of pipeline network characteristics, energy consumption structure and operation effciency evaluation particularity, establishes a 4-layer 10-index operation effciency assessment system using APH layered analysis principles, and realizes quantitative evaluation of the whole pipeline effciency by introducing a "comprehensive effciency index" into the system, which integrates the infuences of various energy consumption factors. The index system has been applied in the operation effciency assessment of main Sichuan-Chongqing Gas Loop Network in February, 2012. The results show that the operation efficiency of several compressor station in 19th Compressor Station, 1st Compressor Station, 18th Compressor Station, 2nd Compressor Station and 16th Compressor Station is lower than the mean value, and the energy consumption management of the compressor station shall be strengthened; the average comprehensive energy effciency value from 1st Compressor Station to 8th Compressor Station upstream sections, 9th Compressor Station to 20th Compressor Station middle sections and the 21st Compressor Station to 23rd Compressor Station downstream sections is respectively 0.73, 0.833 and 0.68, refecting the overall energy effciency status of the Sichuan-Chongqing Gas Pipeline Network is higher in the middle sections than in the upstream/downstream sections. It complies with the Sichuan-Chongqing Gas Pipeline Network without booster stations, and the assessment results provide an important basis to the energy efficiency management and optimum dispatch of the Sichuan-Chongqing Gas Pipeline Network.
