加油站冷凝吸附法油气回收装置的研制

Research and development of condensing and absorption gas recovery device in gas station

  • 摘要: 通过分析常用油气回收方法的技术特点、回收率、排放要求、经济性及安全性等综合因素,提出了高效冷凝与树脂吸附集成回收新工艺,据此研制出加油站冷凝吸附油气回收装置。利用典型加油站油气组分进行模拟试验,确定了最佳冷凝温度点为-10 ℃。集成效果测试结果表明:采用树脂吸附剂,油气解析率大于95%,有效解决了能耗和吸附剂寿命问题,同时提高了油气回收率,实现了冷凝吸附低能耗集成工艺的优化。现场应用结果表明:冷凝吸附油气回收装置排放的油气含量检测值低于5 g/m3,回收率可达到99%,同时其能耗与同类产品相比降低了10%。

     

    Abstract: Through analysis of technical features, recovery rate, emission standard, economy and safety of commonlyusedoil recovery methods, a new high-efficiency recovery process combining condensing and resin adsorption is proposed, accordingly condensing and absorption gas recovery device in gas station is developed. Simulation with typical oil andgas components in gas station shows the best condensation point is -10 ℃. The integration result indicates that withthe application of resin adsorbent, the desorption rate of oil and gas is higher than 95%, solving the problem of energyconsumption and short life of adsorbent and meanwhile increasing the recovery rate of oil and gas, thus realizing theoptimization of integrated process of condensing, absorption and energy saving. Actual application results show that theestimated value of light gas exhausted from condensing and absorption gas recovery device is less than 5 g/m3, whichreaches a recovery rate of 99%, and at the same time its energy consumption is 10% lower than that of similar products.
