  • 摘要: 为了分析某增压站两台索拉金牛星70燃气轮机燃气透平一级静叶发生烧蚀的原因,从天然气气质、增压站工艺流程、燃气轮机自身保护机制等方面进行深入分析。结果表明:燃料气气质组分偏离燃气轮机正常运行的技术条件是发生燃气透平静叶烧蚀的直接原因。最后从增压站工艺改造、燃料气气质的监控及燃气轮机T5保护机制等方面给出了相应的解决方法,可为天然气长输管道增压站的设计以及燃气轮机的稳定运行提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the first static blade ablation causes of 2 Sora Taurus 70 gas turbines in a booster station, thepaper makes in-depth analysis from different aspects such as natural gas quality, turbocharged station technological processand automatic protection mechanism of gas turbines. The result shows that the direct cause of static blade ablation is thedeviation of natural gas quality from the technical conditions of the normal operation of gas turbines. At last, the paper givescorresponding solutions from the aspects of booster station reformation, supervision of natural gas quality and protectionmechanism of T5 gas turbines.
