压控式清管器的设计与应用

Design and application of pressure-controlled pig

  • 摘要: 长输天然气管道长期未进行清管作业,在首次进行清管作业时易出现清管器卡堵等问题。为降低清管器发生卡堵的概率,同时满足管道高速、大流量输送的要求,提出压控式清管器的设计方案。压控式清管器前端安装压控爆破片和压控弹性阀泄流装置,确保当清管器发生卡堵时,在压差的作用下,爆破片能自行爆破,同时压控弹性阀自动开启起到泄流作用。该压控式清管器在中国石化济南-青岛天然气管道济南-临淄段成功地进行了清管作业,在提高管道输送效率、降低管道事故发生率等方面均发挥了重要作用。

     

    Abstract: Pig blockage is very likely to occur in the first pigging operation if a long-distance natural gas pipeline has notbeen pigged for a long time. In order to reduce the probability of potential pig problems and meet the high-efficient and largeflowrate needs of pipeline simultaneously, this paper brings forward a design program for pressure controlled pig. Such thepig is equipped with pressure-controlled bursting disc and pressure-controlled elastic valve drainage device at the front end, ensuring automatic bursting of the bursting disc and drainage function of pressure-controlled elastic valve automaticallyopened under the action of pressure difference in case of pig blockage happened. The pressure-controlled pig has beensuccessfully applied in the Ji'nan-Linzi Pipeline section in SINOPEC Ji'nan-Qingdao Gas Pipeline. This case indicates thatthe pig plays a key role in enhancing pipeline transmission efficiency and minimizing pipeline accidents.
