华北成品油管网混油控制及处理改进措施

Improvement on the control and treatment of mixed oil in North China Product Oil Pipeline Network

  • 摘要: 成品油管道运行过程中产生的混油难以全部回掺处理。混油拖尾、油源油品质量潜力、管输油品品种变化、清管操作及油品质量标准等因素均会对混油量和混油处理工作产生影响。基于对以上因素的分析结果,华北成品油管网逐步在管输运行管理环节采取限定最小顺序批量、合理安排输油顺序、调整油品流向及控制注入油品质量等措施;在站场工艺环节,进行注入及下载切换流程改造、增加中间站混油回掺设施等技术改造。实际应用结果表明:上述措施可有效控制批次混油量,增加管网混油回掺处理能力及灵活性,实现混油全部回掺处理。针对管道设计阶段,提出增加末站混油罐容、合理设置结点站连通流程等建议。

     

    Abstract: The mixed oil produced in running process of product oil pipeline is difficult to be dealt entirely through back tailtreatment. Factors such as tailing of mixed oil, potentiality of the quality of oil from the oil source, changes in the deliveredproduct oil types, pigging operation and standard of product oil quality all will have effects on the quantity of mixed oil andthe treatment of it. Based on the analysis results, several measures have been gradually taken in product oil pipeline networkof North China, including limiting the minimum batch in order, reasonably arranging the order of transportation, adjustingthe flow direction of oil and controlling the quality of oil adding to it in the process of pipe transportation. During theprocess in station, such technical reformations are carried out, including the switching process transformation of injectionand downloading and increasing the back tail treatment device in intermediate stations. Actual application results indicatethat the above measures can control quantity of mixed oil per batch effectively and increase the ability and flexibility ofback tail treatment of the product oil pipeline network, thus realizing the fully treatment of mixed oil.
