Progress in the pig launching technique of underwater pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对比分析水下发射清管、平台发射清管和回路发射清管3种清管技术,指出水下发射清管更适用于水下边际油田的开发。水下清管器发射装置用于储存清管器和控制清管器的发射次序,主要由连接装置、清管器存储仓和控制系统组成。调研了国内外清管器发射装置的研究发展现状,总结了立式与水平式水下清管器发射装置的适用条件、关键技术及存在的问题,提出解决对策,如简化水下清管器发射装置的结构,优化控制方法,减少ROV在水下的操作步骤等。

     

    Abstract: By comparing and analyzing 3 kinds of pig launching techniques, namely underwater pig launching, platform piglaunching and loop line pig launching, it is concluded that underwater pig launching is more suitable for the development ofunderwater marginal oilfields. The underwater pig launching unit used to store pigs and control the launch order of pipelinepigs is made up of junction device, pipeline pig storage bin and control system. The progress in pig launching units athome and abroad is investigated, and the applicable conditions and key techniques problems of the vertical and horizontal underwater pig launching units are summarized. The authors put forward solutions for the problems such as simplifying thestructure of underwater pig launching unit, optimizing control method, and reducing underwater operation steps of ROV, etc.
