聚合物基纳米复合材料作为油品减阻剂的相关分析

Analysis on polymeric nano-composites as drag reduction agent for oil

  • 摘要: 针对当前聚α-烯烃类油品减阻剂抗剪切性能差的问题,探讨了在油品减阻剂研究中引入聚合物基纳米复合材料技术,依靠纳米粒子的微观效应提高减阻剂分子强度及抗剪切性能的可能性。综述了聚合物基纳米复合材料的技术特点和应用价值,基于聚烯烃类纳米复合材料的研究成果,结合聚α-烯烃油品减阻剂的结构和组成特性,讨论了利用聚合物基纳米复合材料技术制备复合油品减阻剂的基本构想,设计了合成方案,分析了技术关键点,展望了预期性能。

     

    Abstract: In view of the poor shear performance of current poly-α-olefin drag reduction agent for oil, the possibility ofintroducing polymeric nano-composites into drag reduction agent for oil to improve the strength of molecule and shearperformance of drag reduction agent by using the micro-effect of nano-particles is discussed. Based on the research resultsof polyolefin nano-composites and combined with the structure and composition properties of poly-α-olefin drag reductionagent for oil, this paper gives a review on the technical features and application value of polymeric nano-composites.The basic idea of using polymeric nano-composites technology to prepare composite drag reduction agent for oil isdiscussed, with synthesis scheme designed, key technical points analyzed, and expected performance predicted.
