大型浮顶罐主要安全事故类型及原因

Accident's type and cause of large-scale floating roof tank

  • 摘要: 以黄岛国家石油储备基地10×104 m3钢制外浮顶罐为例,介绍了大型浮顶罐的主要结构,其为双盘外浮顶结构,由罐底、罐壁、浮顶及罐壁加强圈、抗风圈、盘梯平台、转动扶梯、浮顶静电导出设施、浮顶排水系统、浮顶边缘密封等附属设施组成。浮顶罐安全事故主要分为火灾事故和非火灾事故,火灾事故包括密封圈火灾、浮顶池火和防火堤池火、全面积火灾及群罐火灾;非火灾事故包括罐体机械故障如浮舱渗漏、罐体破裂、腐蚀造成罐体强度不足、浮顶沉没,以及操作不当引起的事故。事故原因主要有雷击、明火、质量缺陷及操作不当等。

     

    Abstract: This paper takes the external floating roof steel tank, a storage capacity of 10×104 m3, in Huangdao National Oil Reserve Base as an example, and introduces main structure of large-scale floating roof tank. Structurally, the tank is a kind of external double-deck floating roof tank composed of tank bottom, tank wall, floating roof and wall reinforcement ring, wind girder, winding ladder platform, rotating stairway and several auxiliary facilities, including electrostatic conductor, water drainage system and edge seal of floating roof. The relevant safety accidents can be primarily classified into fire and non-fire accidents, in which fire accident can be further divided into sealing ring fire, floating roof pool/bund pool fire, full-area fire and tank group fire, and non-fire accident subdivided into mechanical faults of tank body, including buoyancy chamber leakage, tank body fracture, insufficient tank body strength due to corrosion, and floating roof sinking, and improper operation accident. The main factors causing an accident are lightning stroke, open flame, quality defects and improper operations.
