中国与俄罗斯管道清管技术标准差异分析

Differences in pigging standards between China and Russia

  • 摘要: 为保障中俄原油管道安全运行,分别从清管方式、清管器运行速度、清管周期、管道有效直径计算、清管质量控制措施、清管器跟踪和清管安全措施等方面,深入研究了中国和俄罗斯管道清管技术标准的差异。阐述了俄罗斯管道清管技术标准的先进性,包括清管装置和清管方式多样化、基于输送效率进行周期性清管和紧急清管、设定清管器监测点位置和划定清管作业危险区域等。最后,针对借鉴俄罗斯标准,提高我国原油管道运行标准水平以加强标准制修订工作,提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure safety running of Sino-Russia Crude Pipeline, this paper looks into the differences in pigging technology of China and Russia from the perspectives of pigging method, pig running rate, pigging period, calculation of effective pipeline diameter, pigging quality control measures, pig tracing and pigging safety measures, etc.. It elaborates the advancement of Russian pigging technical standards, including diversification of pigs and pigging methods, periodic/emergency pigging based on pipeline transportation efficiency, position arrangement of pig monitoring points and division of pigging dangerous zones, etc.. At last, it gives the proposals to enhance domestic crude pipeline running standard level and strengthen standards formulation/revision by referring to Russian standards.
