Gas filling technology of LNG powered ship

  • 摘要: 动力船舶LNG燃料的加装与燃油的加装方式不同。描述了LNG储气罐加气、LNG岸基加气、LNG船基加气、LNG浮仓加气等动力船舶的加气方式,并分析各加气方式的优缺点,指出目前国内LNG动力船舶均为内河船,宜采用气罐加气。对比分析了自增压和泵送两种增压方式的原理及其适用性,推荐小容积储罐应用自增压,而(超)大容积储罐应用泵送增压。因为LNG需避免与空气接触,对于加气管路残液,建议使用氮气吹扫惰化管路并清理。LNG动力船舶加气技术属于新的技术领域,建议开展深入研究。

     

    Abstract: The filling of LNG and fuel oil into a powered ship is quite different. This paper describes a variety of powered ship gas filling methods, including LNG gas storage tank, shore base, ship base and floating chamber modes, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the different gas filling methods, and points out that better to adopt gas tank filling method because domestic LNG powered ships are absolutely inland ship. In the paper, the principle and adaptability of two boosting methods are comparatively analyzed. Self pressurization and pumping, and accordingly self pressurization is recommended for small storage tank and pumping method for super large tank. It is proposed to accomplish pipeline purge, inerting and pigging with nitrogen if there is residual liquid in gas ejecting pipeline, for LNG shall be kept from air. A profound research on gas filling technology of LNG powered ships is encouraged as a full new technical field.
