基于RCM的电驱压缩机故障分析

RCM-based analysis on faults of motor-driven compressor

  • 摘要: 为防止和减少电驱压缩机故障,对某大型管道压缩机近5年发生的各类故障进行归类。采用RCM可靠性分析技术,对各种可能的风险进行评价与分析,确定了压缩机的潜在失效模式:电力系统、电机驱动压缩机的变频装置、可变速电机、滤波系统、浪涌抑制柜、电机非驱动端等。提出了相应的维护策略:定期维修、事后维修、状态维修、视情维护等。采用RCM分析方法可有效降低压缩机的运行风险和维护成本,避免过度维护,提升压缩机的运行管理水平。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent and reduce electric compressor faults, the various faults of a large-scale compressor in the recent 5 years are classified. This paper evaluates and analyzes possible risks using RCM reliability analysis technology, determines potential compressor failure modes, including power system, frequency converter of motor-driven compressor, variable-speed motor, filtering system, surge inhibition cabinet and non-driven-end of motor, brings forward relevant maintenance strategies, including regular maintenance, maintenance after failure, status maintenance and condition-based maintenance. The application of RCM analysis method enables to reduce running risks and maintenance cost of the compressors, to prevent excessive maintenance, and to enhance compressor running and management level.
