新运行模式下的大西南管道调度计划编制软件

Scheduling software for Great Southwest Pipeline under new operation mode

  • 摘要: 中国石化西南成品油管道经改扩建,形成了茂名、北海双油源输送油品的新型运行模式。以往针对单油源输送模式开发的批次调度编制算法和软件已不适用。基于适用于多源成品油管道的批次调度算法,以及国外成熟的多源管道调度理论,融合国内成品油管道调度计划编制时所需要考虑的因素,开发出商用批次编制软件,很好地解决了双油源模式下出现的支干线油品运移协调问题和交汇点转输站点的注入分输操作机制问题。开发出的软件已应用于西南双油源成品油管道日常调度计划的编制工作,大大提高了编制计划的工作效率。

     

    Abstract: Southwestern product pipeline, SINOPEC, has formed a new operation mode with 2 oil sources (in Maoming and North Sea areas) transporting oil products by expansion. The previous batch scheduling algorithm and software which is aiming at single oil source transporting mode is not suitable any more. Based on batch scheduling algorithm which is suitable for pipelines of multiple oil sources, and mature multiple oil sources pipeline scheduling theory, combined with factors which should be considered during the making of domestic product pipeline scheduling plan, the paper develops commercial batch scheduling software, solving the problem in branch line of oil transport coordination and the problem in the intersection point injection transfusion site distribution operation mechanism in double oil sources mode. The software developed has been used in making daily scheduling plan of the southwestern double oil sources product pipelines, improving the work efficiency of the making of scheduling plan significantly.
