基于仿真技术的机坪管网微泄漏检测系统

Micro-leakage detection system of parking apron pipeline network based on simulation technology

  • 摘要: 基于模拟仿真技术的机坪管网微泄漏检测系统,通过建立模拟仿真模型,以压力和温度变化为输入,计算机坪管网泄漏率,判断是否发生微小泄漏。给出了管道温度压力噪声抑制、管道数据校准及管道泄漏率计算方法。基于实际运行环境,对机坪管网微泄漏模型进行测试。结果表明:该技术可在50 min内检测到泄漏率为0.04 L/(h·m3)的微小泄漏,检测速度、灵敏度和可靠性均达到国际同类产品的先进水平。

     

    Abstract: Micro-leakage detection system of parking apron pipeline network based on simulation technology is intended to construct a simulation model, input pressure and temperature change data into it, calculate leakage rate of parking apron pipeline network, and judge whether micro-leakage really happens. This paper gives pipeline temperature/pressure/noise inhibition data, pipeline data calibration and leakage rate calculating method. It conducts a test for micro-leakage model of parking apron pipeline network based on a real running environment. The test results show that the technology enables to detect a micro-leakage of 0.04 L/(h·m3) within 50 min, and detection rate, sensitivity and reliability of the technology reaches the advancement level of the similar international products.
