挡条四通在高压油气管道改造中的应用

Application of baffle cross in the hot tapping activity of high-pressure oil/gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 传统的不停输开孔封堵工艺进行管道改造引出旁通支管时,存在工艺复杂、耗费时间长、管道介质放空造成环境污染等问题。因此,对原开孔封堵引支管施工工艺进行优化,研制开发出一种在役管道快速引支管工艺及装备。将三通法兰与三通管件焊接后再与护板焊接,形成集开孔、引管为一体的挡条四通,然后在挡条四通上引出支管道,实现了高压输油气在役管道引支管作业。该技术已经成功运用到西气东输轮南压气站改造工程、定远站管道改造工程、成都-德阳输气管道等改造工程中,满足了高压油气管道引支管的要求,为管道改造提供了一套更加经济可行的引支管工艺。

     

    Abstract: Several problems in conventional hot tapping activity of pipeline are common, like technical complexity, time-consuming and environmental pollution by pipeline medium venting, and these will be often encountered in field installation of bypass lines using conventional hot tapping technology for pipelines. Therefore, the original hot tapping technique and branch installation operations are optimized, and a kind of technology and equipment for quick installation of branch lines on the in-service pipelines is developed. Tee flange and piping are welded first and then welded with baffle cross together, so a baffle cross featured by integrated holes and branch lines is shaped, after that, branch line is introduced outside on the baffle, and ultimately branch line installation of in-service high-pressure oil/gas lines is fulfilled. The technology has been successfully used in multiple sub-projects of West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project, such as Lun'nan Gas Compressor Station, Dingyuan Gas Compressor Station and Chengdu-Deyang Gas Pipeline. The new hot tapping method can meet the needs of high-pressure oil/gas pipelines for branch line installation, and provide a set of more economic and feasible branch line installation technology to the pipeline hot tapping activity.
