油库管道快速堵漏实用技术

Practical rapid plugging technology for the pipeline of oil tankfarm

  • 摘要: 为降低油库因泄漏造成的损失,保障油库安全,研究油库输油管道的应急快速堵漏技术具有重要意义。基于油库管道距离短、口径小、拐弯多、附件多等特点,对比研究了目前管道堵漏的主要技术,并结合油库管道破坏的主要形式和堵漏要求,提出适用于油库的应急快速堵漏方法,结合现场应用实例得出结论:针对管道破裂、阀门老化、法兰面泄漏等一般泄漏问题宜采用带压注剂密封堵漏;对于小型低压泄漏应采用钢带捆扎技术进行快速堵漏;复合纤维修复堵漏技术具有广泛适用性和施工简便性,建议在油库管道堵漏中推广使用。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the leakage loss of oil tankfarm and ensure its safety, the study on rapid emergency plugging technology for the oil pipeline of oil tankfarm is very meaningful. Based on multiple tankfarm pipeline features such as short distance, small diameter, multiple turnings and many accessories, this paper comparatively analyzes the existing pipeline plugging technologies, puts forth rapid emergency plugging methods adaptive to oil tankfarm integrated with main forms and plugging requirements of tankfarm pipeline damages, and comes to conclusions that based on field cases, aiming at general leakage problems, including pipeline rupture, valve aging and flange surface leakage, better to choose pressurized injectants for pipeline sealing and plugging. For small low pressure leakage, steel strapping technology shall be applied to achieve rapid pipeline plugging, and composite fiber repair and plugging technology is proposed to promote in tankfarm pipeline plugging because of widespread adaptivity and construction simplicity.
