  • 摘要: 针对油气行业使用的水套加热炉在实际运行中存在水浴温度较低的现象,利用水套加热炉换热模型分析了其水浴温度较低的原因,给出了提高水浴温度的解决方案:在水套加热炉设计过程中采取合理的换热管束换热面积,使水浴温度尽量达到理论设计水平,实现水套加热炉的优化设计。提出利用水的沸腾时间衡量水套加热炉设计优化的标准,即在保证合适的换热管束的换热面积情况下,使换热介质水的质量达到最小,且其沸腾时间控制在0.5~2 h。优化措施能有效降低该炉型的制造和运行成本,达到节能减排的目的。

     

    Abstract: Directing at low temperature water bath in the real operation of water jacket heater used in the petroleum industry, this paper analyzes the causes of low water temperature phenomenon using heat transfer model of water jacket heater, and puts forth the relevant solution program. Proper heat transfer area of heat exchange bundle is applied in the design of water jacket heater, making water bath temperatures reach the theoretical design level as much as possible to realize optimum design of water jacket heater. It puts forward the standard of evaluating water jacket heater design optimization using water boiling time, that is, the mass of the water as heat medium is kept at the minimum, and water boiling time is limited within 0.5~2 hours on the condition that proper heat transfer area of heat exchange bundle is ensured. Optimization measures can effectively reduce manufacturing and running costs of the heater type and fulfill the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
