水套炉排烟温度过高原因与预防措施

Cause of high exhaust temperature of water jacket heater and preventive measures

  • 摘要: 针对某天然气反输工程水套炉排烟温度过高的情况进行现场调查,对积灰成分进行采样分析,指出导致该水套炉排烟温度过高的原因是燃料燃烧不充分而致使烟管受热面产生积灰,从而削弱烟气对工质的传热能力。对水套炉进行拆解,研究烟管的积灰机理,分析烟管的积灰过程,进而提出类似水套炉排烟温度过高的预防措施,以及水套炉的安全运行保养建议。

     

    Abstract: According to the abnormal high exhaust temperature of water jacket heater in a gas reverse transmission project, field survey and sampling analysis of composition of ash deposition are carried out. This paper points out that the main reason causing the high temperature is inadequate combustion of the fuel, which leads to ash deposition polluting the heating surface of smoke tube, and then reduces the flue gas's heat transfer capacity on working fluid. The water jacket furnace is disassembled in order to study the mechanism of ash deposition on smoke tube and analyze its process. Then preventive measures for high exhaust temperature and suggestions on safe operation and maintenance of water jacket furnace are proposed.
