原油管道冷热交替输送的安全性计算

Safety calculation of cold-hot oil alternating transportation for crude oil pipeline

  • 摘要: 应用理论计算模型,基于某原油管道的基础参数、管材特性、土壤类型和冷热交替输送的运行参数,对典型管段进行管道温度、压力载荷作用下的结构分析、静态强度校核、稳定性分析及疲劳寿命计算,结果表明:管道的径向稳定性、轴向稳定性、直管强度、弯头强度均满足运行要求;管道含平面缺陷和深埋缺陷的疲劳寿命均随管径的增大而缩短,随压力波动幅度的增大而缩短,随缺陷深度的增大而缩短。研究成果可为冷热交替输送的原油管道前期设计提供借鉴,对其运行安全性提供校核。

     

    Abstract: By using theoretical calculation model, based on basic parameters, pipe features, soil type, and operation parameters of cold-hot oil alternating transportation, structure analysis under the effect of pipeline temperature and pressure load, static strength check, stability analysis and fatigue life calculation of typical sections of the pipeline are made. Results show that radial stability, axial stability, pipe strength and elbow strength of the pipe all meets operation requirements. The fatigue life of pipeline which contains plane defect and deep-buried defect will shorten as the diameter increases, the pressure changing amplitude increases, and defect depth increases. The results can provide reference to the primary design of cold-hot oil alternating transportation process for crude oil pipelines, and provide a check base to the pipeline's operation safety.
