Abstract:
By referring to international research fruits from transmission programs for super-throughput gas pipelines, this paper starts with main aspects regarding transmission efficiency improvements, integrates possible situations of single pipeline (planned capacity at 300×10
8 m
3/a and 450×10
8 m
3/a) in the future, takes 3 000 km as a length datum, roughly estimates economic costs of natural gas lines with a design pressure of 10~20 MPa, a diameter of 1 016~1 422 mm, and X80~X100, and finally optimizes the most economic program. Subsequently, multiple key control factors influencing engineering construction (production and processing of steel sheets and pipes, arrest toughness of steel pipes, and valves) are analyzed, the program to be selected for the pipeline with a diameter of 1 422 mm, X80 and a working pressure of 12 MPa is thought feasible, and a profound research on the program is proposed.
