改进蒙德法在输气站场危险程度评价中的应用

The application of an improved Mond method in the risk evaluation of gas compressor station

  • 摘要: 传统的蒙德法不适用于装置本身的危险程度分析,基于输气站场工艺流程较复杂、设备繁多的特点,采用改进后的蒙德法对其危险程度进行评价,增加了设备修正系数FE、设备管理系数FM、同类设备失效频率FG作为评价项。根据输气站场的工艺特征,将输气站场划分为多个评价单元,以净化单元为例,采用改进的蒙德法对其危险程度进行评价分析。通过对净化单元的各项安全指标进行定量计算,并结合输气站场的安全管理制度进行补偿评价,对比各项危险性系数在补偿评价前后的差别,表明利用改进的蒙德法能够比较准确地对输气站场进行危险程度评价。

     

    Abstract: The traditional Mond method does not apply to the risk evaluation of devices itself, so in this paper, according to the characteristics of complex process of gas compressor station, an improved Mond method to perform evaluation on its risk level is adopted, adding equipment correction factor FE, device management coefficient FM, similar equipment failure frequency FG as evaluation items, dividing the gas compressor station into several evaluation units according to the process characteristics of gas compressor station, and evaluation with the improved Mond method is performed through taking purification units as a case, quantitative calculation of various safety indicators for the purification unit is made, and compensation evaluation on the safety management system of gas compressor station is completed in combination with gas compressor station, and the difference between various risk factors before and after compensation is compared. The results show that the application of the improved Mond method can be used to evaluate the risk level of gas compressor station in a more accurate way.
