Earthquake fortification for LNG receiving terminal project

  • 摘要: 梳理了国内工程抗震设防的基本原则与要求,对比了美国、欧洲LNG工程抗震设防的基本要求与推荐做法,对我国进口LNG接收终端工程抗震设防提出了具体建议。给出了大型LNG工程抗震设防的基本技术标准,工程场地地震安全评估分步、分阶段实施方法,建(构)筑物重要性等级划分准则,抗地震水准和构件强度标准以及LNG码头抗震设防措施等,并给出了工程应用实例,相关研究结论具有一定的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: The fundamentals and requirements for project earthquake fortification in China are collected and compared with the basic requirements and recommended practices for LNG project earthquake fortification in the U.S. and Europe, so as to provide specific proposals against imported LNG receiving terminal project in China. Certain results are obtained, including basic technical standards for earthquake fortification for large-scale LNG projects, earthquake safety evaluation (by steps and stages) at project site, rating standards for building/structure, standards for earthquake resistance and component strength, and earthquake fortification measures at LNG wharf. The practical applications prove that the earthquake fortification for LNG receiving terminal project has ensured the safety and economics of the facilities.
