深水海底管道J形铺设参数

Parameters of J-lay method for deepwater submarine pipeline

  • 摘要: J形铺设是铺设深水海底管道的一种重要方法。考虑J形铺设时管道的几何非线性特性,建立了基于管土相互作用的深水J形铺设有限元模型,并针对其主要影响因素的相关参数进行研究,为深水海底管道J形铺设提供技术支持。研究结果表明:铺设角度越大,触地区附近管道应力越大,管道顶部张力越小;铺设水深增加,触地区附近管道应力明显减小,管道顶部张力明显增加;管道壁厚增加,管道上部应力及顶部张力明显增加;土体刚度影响触地区附近的管道形态,对管道整体形态影响很小。

     

    Abstract: J-lay method is an important method to lay deepwater submarine pipeline. Taking into account geometricnonlinear characteristics of pipeline for J-lay method, finite element model for deepwater J-lay method based on pipe-soilinteraction is set up and relevant parameter studies are conducted based on main influencing factors to provide technicalsupport the J-lay method of deepwater submarine pipeline. As shown from the research results, pipeline stress near thegrounding area will become larger and pipeline top tension smaller when the laying angle is increased, the pipeline stressnear the grounding area will be significantly reduced and the pipeline top tension will be significantly increased whenthe laying depth is increased, pipeline top stress and top tension will become significantly larger when the pipeline wallthickness is increased and soil rigidity affects the form of pipeline near the grounding area but there is little effect on overallpipeline form.
