大型球罐支柱与球壳连接的新型结构

A new structure linking large-scale spherical tank brace and spherical shell

  • 摘要: 提出了一种新型的球罐支柱与球壳的连接结构——径向托板连接结构,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用JB4732-1995《钢制压力容器分析设计标准》中的分析方法,将其与支柱水平托板连接结构进行应力分析对比。结果表明:在自重+计算压力+风压力载荷组合工况下,球壳与托板连接处局部应力减少约9%;在自重+计算压力+25%风压力+地震载荷组合工况下,球壳与托板连接处局部应力减少约9%;在自重+试验压力载荷工况下,球壳与托板连接处局部应力减少约10%。

     

    Abstract: The paper presents a new structure, i.e. radial pallet, to link spherical tank brace with spherical shell. With themethod indicated in JB4732 Steel Pressure Vessels Analysis and Design Standards, this new structure is analyzed for itsstress with ANSYS, a finite element software, and also correlated with the horizontal pallet. Results show that under theconditions of self-weight+calculating pressure+wind pressure, local stress at shell-pallet connection decreases by 9%, underthe conditions of self-weight+calculating pressure+25% wind pressure+earthquake load, local stress at shell-plate connectiondecreases by 9%, under conditions of self-weight+test pressure, local stress at shell-pallet connection decreases by 10%.
