管道熔结环氧粉末外涂层标准对比分析

Comparative analysis on worldwide standards in fusion bonded epoxy powder coating of oil and gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 从涂层结构、原材料指标、涂装工艺评定、表面处理及涂装要求、涂装质量检验等方面,对比分析了国内外管道熔结环氧粉末外涂层技术规范及标准,建议根据CSA Z245.20-2006和ISO 21809.2-2007修订国内相关标准。建议提高环氧粉末原材料含水量测试方法的具体要求;适当提高阴极剥离技术指标的要求;钢管表面处理及涂装要求参考借鉴NACE 0394-2002标准的具体规定;针对涂装工艺评定,增加对环氧固化度和界面杂质含量的相关规定,增加对涂层长期高温阴极剥离试验的要求;针对涂装质量检验,增加对环氧固化度、热特性、24 h热水浸泡附着力、界面杂质含量等的检测频次要求,以及对喷涂压力监控质量进行检验的规定;增加针对低温环氧粉末的相关要求。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the authors comparatively analyze the codes and standards worldwide on fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) powder coating of oil and gas pipelines in terms of coating structure, raw materials index and coating procedure, surface preparation and coating requirements, etc, and suggest that relevant inland standards should be revised according to CSA Z245.20-2006 and ISO 21809.2-2007. The suggestions include improving specific requirements in detection method for raw material, water content of epoxy powder and appropriately improving the requirements in cathodic disbonding technical indicators, referring the special provisions specified in NACE 0394-2002 to make surface preparation of steel pipe and coating, complementing the relative provisions in epoxy curing degree and interface impurity content and the requirements in coating cathodic disbonding test under the long-term high-temperature conditions for the coating procedure evaluation, making up the requirements in inspection frequency of epoxy curing degree, thermal characteristics, 24 h hot water soaking adhesion, interface impurity content, etc., as well as inspection provisions in the monitoring quality of spraying pressure in coating quality inspection and replenishing relevant provision in low-temperature epoxy powder.
