海底管道挖沟机射流泵参数确定方法

The determination method for jet pump parameters of submarine pipeline trenchers

  • 摘要: 在海底管道挖沟埋设施工中,除了管道登陆的近岸段采用预挖沟方式挖沟以外,其他海洋段普遍采用海底挖沟机进行后挖沟埋设。在后挖沟施工中,海底管道挖沟机利用高压射流冲射海底泥面形成所需的沟形,采用射流泵将冲射过程中打散的泥沙及时排出工作区域。基于对射流泵设计原理、射流泵的基本方程以及射流泵性能曲线的分析,给出了海底管道挖沟机射流泵的技术参数(最大土方流量、流量比、扬程比、面积比、射流体积流量等)的确定方法及步骤,可为海底管道挖沟机相关参数的确定和主要设备选型提供依据。

     

    Abstract: In the trenching and burying construction of submarine pipeline, except the pipeline's near-shore sections which adopt the pre-trenching method, other marine sections generally use post-trenching and burying with submarine trenchers. In post-trenching construction, the submarine pipeline trencher shoots the submarine mud surface with a high-pressure jet flow to form the desired ditch shape, and the mud and sand that are broken up by the jet pump in the shooting process should be discharged from the work area in a timely manner. Based on the analysis of jet pump design principles, basic equation of jet pump and jet pump performance curve, the authors the determination methods and procedures of jet pump parameters of submarine pipeline trenchers (the largest earthwork flow, flow ratio, head ratio, area ratio, jet volume flow, etc.) are proposed, providing a basis to the determination of related parameters of submarine pipeline trenchers and selection of main equipments.
