输气管道缓蚀剂预膜及控制技术

Pre-filming and control technology for corrosion inhibitor of gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对输气管道缓蚀剂预膜方法多凭经验操作,且存在操作方法和参数普适性不强、耗剂量大、膜质量难以控制等问题,探讨了输气管道缓蚀剂预膜的主要影响因素及质量控制途径。基于缓蚀剂成膜的主要机理,分析了管输介质与缓蚀剂体系配伍性、管道内壁清洁程度、流动介质流型与流态、缓蚀剂浓度、加注方式、加注设备、加注量、预膜时间、操作温度与压力等因素对预膜质量的影响,指出了缓蚀剂预膜的主要控制因素。

     

    Abstract: With respect to the problems in gas pipeline corrosion inhibitor pre-filming, such as more operations by experiences, poor universality of operation methods and parameters, large consumption of inhibitor and difficult control of film quality, main influencing factors and quality control methods for gas pipeline corrosion inhibitor pre-filming are discussed. Based on the main principle of corrosion inhibitor film forming, impacts of compatibility between pipeline media and corrosion inhibitor system, cleanliness of pipeline wall, flow pattern and the state of the flowing media, concentration of inhibitors, methods of filling, filling equipments, filling volume, pre-filming time, operating temperature, pressure and other factors in the pre-filming quality are analyzed to indicate the main control factors of inhibitor pre-filming.
