输气管道清管周期的影响因素及确定方法

Influencing factors and determination methods of gas pipeline pigging cycle

  • 摘要: 对输气管道清管周期影响因素进行了分析,确定将最小允许输送效率、最大允许积液量和最大允许压降作为清管的参考标准,以水力摩阻因数、管输流量、输送效率为基础,提出了沿途有、无支管并入的情况下,是否需要清管作业的理论判断流程。介绍了通过软件模拟静态积液量并结合气体携液能力综合确定清管周期的软件模拟法。结合苏里格北二干线实例,详细阐述了两种方法的具体应用步骤,分析了该理论判断流程的局限之处,最后得出:应针对不同的应用场合选取合理的清管参考标准,并使用合适的计算方法确定清管周期;应针对不同的管输介质和管输工况,选取合理的积液量和两相压降预测相关式,以确定合理的清管方案。

     

    Abstract: Influencing factors of gas pipeline pigging cycle are analyzed to determine the minimum allowable transportation efficiency, maximum allowable volume of accumulated fluid and maximum allowable pressure drop as the pigging reference standard. On the basis of hydraulic friction factor, pipeline flow and transmission efficiency, a theoretical judgment process is proposed to determine whether pigging operations are needed in the case of branch pipe connection or no branch pipe connection. Software simulation method of determining pigging cycle by simulating static accumulated fluid volume and combining liquid carrying capacity is introduced. Taking Sulige North Second Trunk as an example, specific application steps of the two methods are elaborated and limitation of the theoretical judging process is analyzed. The results show that a reasonable pigging reference standard shall be selected and an appropriate calculation method used for different application situations to determine the pigging cycle. The reasonable volume of accumulated fluid and two-phase pressure drop prediction related expressions shall be selected for different pipeline media and pipeline transmission conditions to determine a reasonable pigging program.
