Abstract: Based on the existing problems in the integrity performance indicator and integrity management and in combination with the role of the pipeline integrity management program in pipeline integrity management, the pipeline integrity management program-based efficiency evaluation method is proposed. Taking the conformity between contents specified in the integrity management program and actual work of operating organizations as the evaluation basis and efficiency influencing factors such as risk level, routine work amount and accidents of pipeline as correction factors, an evaluation method consistent with integrity efficiency evaluation requirements is set up. The evaluation method can realize the assessment of performance of the integrity management program and risk control level of pipeline enterprises and achieves combination of multiple assessments and reviews.
