天然气管道内颗粒物采样分析装置设计与应用

Design and application of particulate matters sampling and analysis device for gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对天然气管道缺少对颗粒物含量定期监测仪器的现状,研制出高压天然气管道内颗粒物自动采样橇,可安全可靠地定期对天然气管道内的颗粒物进行取样,取样过程无需人工干预。将该装置应用于国内某大型输气管道的压气站,对进站主管内的颗粒物特性进行测定,得到了颗粒物的质量浓度和粒径分布,质量浓度范围2.57~7.24 mg/m3,粒径范围1.55~21 μm。利用扫描电镜(SEM)对捕集颗粒物的粒径分布进行验证,二者吻合较好。监测结果可为清管作业方案的制定以及分离过滤设备运行方案的调整提供指导。

     

    Abstract: According to the situation that there are no instruments for regular monitoring of particle matter size in gas pipelines, an automatic sampling skid for particulate matters in gas pipelines have been developed, which can carry out sampling for particle matters in gas pipeline in a safe, reliable and regular way without manual intervention. The device was applied to a gas compressor station of in inland gas pipeline to determine the characteristics of particle matters in inlet pipeline of the station. The mass concentration and particle size distribution of the particle matters were obtained, the mass concentration range was from 2.57 to 7.24 mg/m3 and particle size range was at 1.55 to 21 μm. The size distribution of trapped particulate matters are verified with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) with a sound consistent results. The monitoring results can provide guidance to the preparation of pigging operation plans and adjustment for the operation plan of separation and filtration equipments.
