广坪河梁式直跨管道工程的空中发送施工

Aerial installation of beam straight-span pipeline in Guangping River Oil Pipeline Project

  • 摘要: 广坪河梁式跨越为兰成原油管道工程与中贵天然气管道工程共用,采用卷扬机牵引预制管道、空中发送的方式完成跨越管道的就位。介绍了该施工技术的特点,探讨了其施工操作要点,包括卷扬机基础的精度控制、卷扬机的操作控制、跨越管段的控制、吊车的选型、保温作业的安全保障。主要工序包括施工准备、脚手架的安装、管道支座的安装、卷扬机的安装、跨越管段的预制、跨越管段的空中发送、补偿段热煨弯管的安装、固定墩的安装、管垫的安装、保温层的安装、试压与干燥。该技术减少了高空作业量,降低了高空作业的不利因素,避免了脚手架平台的重复搭建,最大限度地保障了操作人员安全,降低了施工成本,值得推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Guangping River beam span shared by Lanzhou-Chengdu Crude Oil Pipeline Project and Zhongwei-Guiyang Natural Gas Pipeline Project achieves positioning of crossing pipelines by using a winch for drawing prefabricated pipelines and aerial installation method. Characteristics of the installation technique are introduced and installation operation points are discussed, including accuracy control of hoist base, hoist operation control, span pipe section control, crane selection and safety control of thermal insulation operations. Main working procedures include preparation of installation, scaffolding erection, positioning of pipe supports, setup of the hoist, prefabrication of span pipe sections, aerial installation of span sections, welding of fire bends in compensation sections, fixing of anchor blocks, assembling of pipe pads, and fitting together of thermal insulation layers, pressure testing and drying. This technique can reduce the installation quantity and risk factors in aerial working, avoid repetition of scaffold platform erection, ensure operator safety to the maximum extent and achieve reduction of costs, thus being worth popularization and application.
