江苏LNG外输跨海管道的安装设计

Installation design of sea-crossing transmission pipeline in Jiangsu LNG Project

  • 摘要: 传统的跨越管道安装主要采用钢结构滚动支座,不仅造价高,工期长,而且维护成本高。为了有效规避钢结构滚动支座的不足,针对中石油江苏LNG外输跨海管道安装的特点,设计研发了滑动支座、固定墩、固定支座、管道支托和方形补偿器。介绍了管道支座的整体布置,以及管道支座的4个组成部分:固定墩、固定支座、管道支托和聚乙烯高性能滑动支座的设计情况,对补偿器进行了选型和补偿计算。实践表明:补偿器可以有效地对管道的热伸长进行补偿,管道支座技术可行,造价低,易实现,易维护,可为其他大跨度架空管道的安装提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The traditional sea-crossing pipeline installation is made mainly by roller supports of steel structure, which has not only high cost and a long construction period, but also high maintenance costs. In order to effectively avoid the disadvantages and based on the characteristics of PetroChina Sea-crossing Transmission Pipeline in Jiangsu LNG Project, sliding supports, fixing piers, fixing supports, pipeline bearings and square compensator were designed and developed. This paper introduces the overall layout of pipeline supports and the design situation of four components of pipe support (fixing pier, fixing support, pipeline bearing and high-performance polyethylene sliding support) and gives the type selection and compensation calculation for compensators. Application show that the compensator can effectively compensate for the thermal elongation of pipelines, and pipeline support technology is available, low-cost, and easy to implement and maintain. This technology can provide a reference to the installation project of other big span aerial pipelines.
