川气东送川维支线应急投产技术

Emergency commissioning technology of Chuanwei Sub-line of Shichuan-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在川气东送管道一期投产过程中,为了确保新清溪1井正常生产,应急投产川维支线。在燕子窝-天生段和天生-金山段封存氮气隔离段,采用“气推气”置换工艺,对站场工艺管道与长输管道进行同步置换。利用阀室内的调流阀进行流量调节,控制置换速度,缓解气井油层的套管压力。采取干支线联通反输工艺流程,利用管存气确保普光净化厂的顺利投产。通过对注氮、置换、升压、流速控制等作业参数的具体分析,阐述了管道投产置换中的关键控制点及技术措施。

     

    Abstract: During commissioning process of Phase Ⅰ Project of Sichuan-East Gas Transmission Pipeline, for the purpose of ensuring normal production of Xinqingxi No. 1 Well, emergency commissioning was carried out for Chuanwei Subline. In nitrogen sealed isolation sections, Yanziwo-Tiansheng Section and Tiansheng-Jinshan Section, it adopted "gas-togas" replacement process to carry out synchronous replacement for the process pipelines in compressor stations and longdistance pipeline. Regulating valves in the valve chamber were used to regulate the flow, control the replacement speed and relieve the casing pressure in oil reservoir of the gas well. It adopted interconnecting back transmission process flow for trunkline and sub-line and utilized the gas remaining in the pipeline to ensure the smooth commissioning of Puguang Purification Plant with. This paper describes the key control points and technical measures in the pipeline commissioning and replacement process in detail through specific analysis of operation parameters, such as nitrogen injection, displacement, boost, flow control, etc.
