20×104 m3特大型浮顶原油储罐应力分析与安全评定

Stress analysis and safety assessment for 20×104 m3 extra-large floating roof crude oil tank

  • 摘要: 油罐的大型化发展导致罐壁和罐底的应力分布和变形情况复杂化,因而对油罐的设计水平提出了更高的要求。采用有限元法对20×104 m3特大型浮顶油罐进行应力分析,并采用分析设计方法对其展开强度评定。结果表明:在工况条件下,油罐第3~7圈罐壁板、大角焊缝结构突变处、边缘板翘曲开始和结束处等效应力较大,是罐体的危险点。根据强度评定结果对罐壁板及罐底边缘板提出了减小其应力幅值、提高安全系数的优化建议,为20×104 m3特大型浮顶油罐的结构设计和材料选用提供了可靠的设计依据。

     

    Abstract: The development of large-scale oil tanks has resulted in the complexity of stress distribution and deformation situation of tank wall and tank bottom. This paper analyzes the stress of 20×104 m3 extra-large floating roof tank with finite element method and assesses their spread strength by analysis and design methods. The results show that in working conditions the stress in the following locations are relatively great, that is, tank wall plates of No.3 to No.7 rings, fillet weld structure mutations, initial and final end of edge plate warping, so these locations are dangerous points of tank body. The paper proposes optimization recommendations for reducing the stress of tank wall plates and edge plates of tank bottom and improving safety coefficient to provide a reliable basis to the structure design and material selection of 20×104 m3 ultralarge floating roof tank.
