热熔胶粘剂结构差异对热收缩带剥离强度的影响

Influence of structural differences of hot-melt adhesive on peel strength of heat shrinkable sleeves

  • 摘要: 利用红外光谱和差式扫描量热技术剖析了国内外3种具有代表性的热收缩带所用热熔胶粘剂结构与组成的差异,并对胶粘剂的抗剪切性能和环球软化点进行测试。研究了胶粘剂组成与结构差异对热收缩带与主管PE间剥离性能的影响,结果表明:国内外热收缩带产品所用热熔胶粘剂在其组成和结构上存在较大差别,国外胶粘剂的抗剪切性能和剥离强度,尤其是高温下的抗剪切和剥离性能显著高于国内产品。基于对热熔胶粘剂化学组成的分析,指出胶粘剂组成与结构差异是影响热收缩带抗剪切和剥离性能的重要原因,性能差异在很大程度上是由于国内产品所用热熔胶粘剂含有较多的低熔点增粘树脂,同时缺少高熔点组分所致。最后,对热收缩带现场剥离性能测试方法、评判指标的改进以及热收缩带长期粘接性能的研究方法提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: By means of infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimeter technology, the difference between structures and compositions of hot-melt adhesives in 3 typical heat shrinkable sleeves used at home and abroad is analyzed to test the shear resistance and softening point of ring ball of adhesives. The influence of composition and structural differences of the adhesives on peel performance of heat shrinkable sleeves from PE of the main pipe is studied. Results show that there are great differences in composition and structure of hot-melt adhesives used for heat shrinkable tape products at home and abroad, and foreign adhesives have better shear performance and peel strength than domestic products, especially at high temperature. The analysis of chemical composition of hot melt adhesive shows that the differences in composition and structure are the main reason in influencing the shear and peel performance of heat shrinkable sleeves, and the performance difference, to a large extent, is that domestic hot-melt adhesive contains a lot of low melting point tackifying resin but lack of high melting point components. The recommendation is proposed in field peel performance test methods of heat shrinkable sleeves, improvement of assessment indicators, and study methods for long-term adhesive properties of heat shrinkable sleeves.
