远控自动分输系统在西气东输甘塘站的应用

Application of remote-control automatic offtake system in Gantang Compressor Station of West-to-East Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对西气东输日益增多的分输站场与低下的调度效率之间的矛盾,结合压缩机组已实现远程控制的现状,根据西气东输站场自动化控制系统的构架,对现有系统程序进行编辑与修改,添加了分输系统远程控制权限,优化了PID控制,编写了远程控制界面,提出了在甘塘分输站场进行远控自动分输改造方案。通过对PLC控制系统、RCI配置文件和中心控制系统的优化及2个月的试运行,实现了西气东输分输用户的远控自动分输,提高了生产效率,优化了人力资源配置。

     

    Abstract: For the contradiction between a growing number of offtake stations and low dispatching efficiency in the Westto-East Pipeline and in accordance with remote control status of compressor units, existing system programs are edited and modified on the basis of automation control system architecture of gas compressor stations in the West-to-East Gas Pipeline to add remote control authority for the offtake system, optimize PID control and formulate a remote control interface, thus proposing a offtake program for remote control automatic offtake of Gantang distribution station. Through optimization of PLC control system, RCI configuration files and central control system and test running for 2 months, remote control automatic offtake of offtake users in the West-to-East Gas Pipeline to improve production efficiency and optimize allocation of human resources.
