原油管道差温顺序输送水力-热力耦合计算模型

Hydraulic-thermal coupled model of different temperature batch transportation of crude oil pipeline

  • 摘要: 原油差温顺序输送是指顺序输送具有不同流动特性的原油时,根据安全与节能的需要,调整油品加热温度以节约能耗的一种管输技术。建立了埋地原油管道差温顺序输送的数学模型,提出了移位网格下的虚拟边界条件法。编制了较为严格的非稳态水力-热力耦合计算程序,可用于管道设计与运行阶段出站温度、流量和压力随时调整,以及地温、原油物性和土壤物性发生变化的条件下,任意油品种类数与油品排列次序,任意批次数与批次量的工艺计算。利用新大管道原油差温顺序输送现场测试数据对模型进行了验证,结果表明各批次原油进站温度实测值与计算值的平均偏差较小,最大为1.4 ℃。

     

    Abstract: Pipelining of crude oils in batches with different out-station temperatures is a new technology that the heating/ out-station temperature is adjusted in accordance to safety and energy-saving requirements based on the flow properties of pumped crudes. A mathematical model, which is solved by the virtual boundary condition on the shift grids for the first time, is developed to describe the unsteady flow and heat transfer of different temperature batch transportation of crude oil buried pipeline. Due to the compact hydraulic-thermal coupling, the numerical code can competently be used to simulate the operating parameters under complex conditions during design or operation stages, including the adjustment of temperature, flow rate and pressure whenever at the out-station position, the change of ground temperature and physical properties of crude/soil along the pipeline, and the unlimited number of crude oil types and batches with ordering freely and volume optionally. The model is verified by the field data of Xingang-Dalian pipeline transporting crude oils in batches with different out-station temperatures, and the results show that the mean of the deviation in each batch between the measured and the computed in-station temperatures is within 1.4 ℃.
