Seismic analysis of gas tank used in a nuclear power station

  • 摘要: 采用有限元法,对某核电站应急柴油发电机组配套的储气罐进行结构抗震计算分析。介绍了该结构的力学建模过程,静态载荷、地震载荷的组合和使用限制以及地震响应谱分析方法的求解过程,计算得到了结构的固有频率、振型和地震载荷下的响应,并根据RCCM规范对结构在重力、内压、地震等多种载荷组合下的应力进行评定和强度校核,结果表明该储气罐的结构强度满足规范要求。相应的计算分析方法对储气罐的抗震结构设计具有较强的借鉴意义,值得在生产实际中推广应用。

     

    Abstract: This paper makes a calculation analysis on the seismic structure of gas tanks intended for the emergency diesel generators of a certain nuclear power plant with a finite element method. It describes the structural mechanics modeling process, the combination and use restrictions of static load and seismic load as well as the solving process of an earthquake response spectrum analysis method, and calculates the natural frequency and vibration mode of the structure and response under seismic loads. According to RCCM specification, it carries out assessment and strength verification of stress under various load combinations of gravity, internal pressure and earthquakes. The results show that the structural strength of the gas tank meets the specification requirements. Corresponding calculation and analysis methods have strong reference significance for the seismic structure design of gas tanks, worthy to be widely popularized in the actual produltion.
